Philosophy meets performance art in this funny, thought-provoking, and wildly unconventional show. Jake Cenk takes you inside his latest “art project” a satirical but sincere creation of a “fake cult” to explore big questions about meaning, nihilism, narcissism, and the self.

From growing up in Hamilton and witnessing the absurdity of life at an early age, to studying philosophy, navigating personal loss, parenting later in life, and running eccentric businesses, Jake weaves stories, humor, and insight into a narrative about how we respond when life’s meaning falls apart.

This is part artist’s statement, part stand-up philosophy, and part social experiment, inviting you to imagine community, creativity, and business as one playful, collaborative game.
